Meet Emma Isaacs, our Founder & CEO
Entrepreneur. Best Selling Author. Speaker. Philanthropist. Business Chick.
Hey, I’m Emma
I dropped out of college and started my own company when I was just 18 years old, and 7 years later, against all advice - I bought Business Chicks.
Through our commitment to helping you live your one-of-a-kind life, we’ve brought our community the world’s best and most inspiring speakers, and I’ve been lucky enough to share the stage with Brené Brown, Nicole Kidman, Arianna Huffington, Diane von Furstenberg, Jacinda Ardern and Sarah Jessica Parker just to name a few.
For 17 years now, I’ve been building Business Chicks into a community of women who cheer each other on, and walking with women as they too find out what’s possible if they believe in themselves and are surrounded by a community who believe in them too.
As well as having the best job in the world as Business Chicks CEO, I’m also a best-selling author!
There’s one thing these wildly successful people have taught me. To get wherever it is you’re going, you’re going to need to wing it, and lucky for you, I’ve written the bible on how to do it.
In Winging It, I welcome you into my world. Show you what works for me and share openly what hasn't. It’s my hope that what you find in the pages of the book inspires you to dream up new ways to be kind to people and to think about how the game you're currently playing might be worthy of a bigger court. I hope it stretches your thinking about what's possible, and shows you that when you take giant leaps of faith, the only challenging thing will be some temporary discomfort. So, are you ready to wing it? Grab it here.

The New Hustle
Pro-hustlers will tell you living in a work-more, sleep-less world is how we get ahead. But on the back of the pandemic, entrepreneur and Business Chicks founder Emma Isaacs believes the hustle is now dead. Moreover, traditional ways of working – long commutes, unproductive meetings and outdated systems of bureaucracy – actually don’t work at all.
I believe we don’t have to work harder; we just need to work better. In fact, we can slash our hours, take shortcuts and still get more done – without feeling depleted. By becoming more intentional and reimagining the way we work, we can rewrite the old work rules and reinvigorate our lives. Find it here.
